BUYER'S AGENCY

There are two sides to every transaction, and both points of view need to be told, heard and protected. This is particularly true in real estate transactions and is one that the Team DeLay maintains as a goal with every buyer and seller we represent. In the past, buyers would climb into a car with a real estate professional and diligently begin the search for a new home – probably without understanding what the role of that broker was, or the value they might provide.
